Report a problem

Did an item arrive damaged, was the wrong item delivered, is something missing from the parcel or does an item have a defect? We are sorry about that. Please send a short email to shop@duftundkultur.at with the order number and a short description, a photo is welcome. We will look into it and get back to you. Please do not send anything back until then.

Want to return an item without giving a reason? That is what the right of withdrawal is for, within 14 days of receipt: Withdraw from contract.
