Delivery

Your parcel ships the next business day and is delivered by Austrian Post, Monday to Friday. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days.

Store pickup

You can collect your order at Duft und Kultur, Tuchlauben 17, 1010 Vienna, during opening hours. We'll email you as soon as it's ready to pick up.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an order. Please note that we can only take products back if they're still sealed in their original packaging.

You're welcome to request a sample in your order notes. We'll include one where we can, and let you know in advance if we can't.
