L.T. Piver

Founded in Paris in 1774, L.T. Piver supplied the courts of Europe and, with the chemist Georges Darzens, put the first aldehydes into a perfume in 1889. Production is back in Chartres today, with materials sourced mainly in Grasse and Italy. The old formulas have been brought back from the House’s own archive — from flacons, handwritten recipes and period catalogues. Reissued in two collections, the Collection Historique and the Collection Voyage: À la Reine des Fleurs from 1774, Cuir de Russie, Pompeïa. Made in France.
