Francis Miller and Patrick Bertaux are designers and inveterate travelers. In 1985 they opened a shop in the Paris Marais for their clothes and for the things they brought back from their travels — from India, from Asia, from everywhere. Fragrance came later, as another language of the same world: perfumes with poetic, numbered names, somewhere between a notebook and a poem. At Miller et Bertaux a scent is never just a scent, but part of a whole way of living. Made in France.
Nachhaltigkeit
The perfumes are made in France, mostly in Provence; the house leaves out parabens, PEG, and sulfates, doesn’t test on animals, uses recyclable packaging, and keeps short supply chains with regional makers.
