“Viole Nere” is a perfume that explores absence and the darkness in which the mind finds refuge. It opens with the fresh, vibrant note of blackcurrant, heralding spring, followed by the elegance of violet and iris. Earthy, warm accords of vetiver, patchouli, and frankincense lend the fragrance depth. A modern classic that celebrates the black violet in all its beauty and complexity, a ritual of repetition and remembrance.

Perfume comes alive on warm pulse points — the neck, the wrists, behind the ears. A few sprays will carry it through the day, its facets opening up on the skin little by little. You can spritz it on clothing too, where it often lasts even longer — just keep it off delicate fabrics like silk.
About the brand
Meo Fusciuni is the pen name of Giuseppe Imprezzabile, born in Sicily, an herbalist and chemist by training — and a traveler, reader, and poet. In 2010 he began making perfumes the way one writes poems: for him the word comes first, the molecule after. His scents appear in cycles and trilogies, each a chapter of his own life — the trilogy of the journey to Istanbul, Marrakech, and his Sicilian home, the cycle of poetry around Notturno and Luce. Handmade in Italy, in small batches. Perfume as autobiography.
