As soon as your order leaves us, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the current status any time via tracking or in your account — we see the same information you do. If a shipment stalls or is marked as delivered without arriving, write to us with your order number and we'll open an investigation with Austrian Post.

You have 14 days from receipt. Unopened and in its original packaging, we refund the full price — for opened items it depends on the product. If the delivery was incorrect or damaged, we cover the return. You'll find all the terms and the process under Returns.
