14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from delivery to send an order back, no reason needed. If it comes back unopened and still sealed, we'll refund the full price.

Once it's been opened

Some things we can't take back once they're open — anything that touches your skin directly, or that isn't protected from contamination once the seal is broken: creams, balms and pastes you take out by hand, roll-ons and sticks, soaps, toothpaste, tea. Once the seal is off, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to these.

Everything else you can still send back. You will owe us for any diminished value, though, if the item was handled beyond what it takes to try it. The shop is the benchmark: there you'd test on a tester, not on the bottle for sale. A sprayed bottle, a burned candle, an opened diffuser is no longer new — the deduction usually comes to most of the price, and it comes off your refund.

Try before you open

Want to get to know a scent before breaking the seal? Ask for a sample in your order notes — if there's one and we have it in stock, we'll gladly include it. Nicest of all is to come by one of our shops: take your time, wear it on your skin, let us advise you.

How it works

There are three ways to start a return or cancel:

Costs & refunds

Return postage is on you — unless we got the order wrong or it arrived faulty, then it's on us. As soon as your parcel reaches us, we'll refund your original payment method, less any deduction for diminished value.
