Delivery

Your parcel ships the same or next business day and is delivered by Austrian Post, Monday to Friday. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days.

Store pickup

You can collect your order at Duft und Kultur, Tuchlauben 17, 1010 Vienna, during opening hours. It's usually ready the same day, the next at the latest – we'll email you as soon as it is.

Returns

You have 14 days to send an order back – unopened, you get the full price back.

And if you'd like to get to know a scent first: ask for a sample in your order notes. We'll include one if there is one – and let you know beforehand if there isn't.
