Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to send something back.

We can only accept items that are still sealed and unopened — once a fragrance has been sprayed, we're unable to take it back. The same goes for any sealed item that can't be resold for hygiene reasons: once the seal is broken, it no longer qualifies.

To start a return, head to your account, or just drop us a line at shop@duftundkultur.at.

Return postage is on you — unless we got the order wrong or it turned up faulty, in which case it's on us. As soon as your parcel reaches us, we'll refund your original payment method.

Not sure yet? Ask for a sample

If you'd like to try a scent before breaking the seal, ask for a sample in your order notes. We'll include one whenever we can — and it won't affect your right to return.

Your right to cancel

Under the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), you can cancel your purchase within 14 days, no reason needed.

You can do this through the digital cancellation form on this page or with the model cancellation form — with the digital form, you'll get an immediate confirmation once you've sent it.

An email works too: just send a clear note to shop@duftundkultur.at before the 14 days are up.
